The spacious property offers two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, air conditioning, TV and wall heater with direct access to the balcony with an outdoor dining area for four guests with amazing sea views, port and Gibraltar. It has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and double basin. It also offers plenty of storage space in its built-in cupboards. The second bedroom has a king size bed and it is also equipped with air conditioning, TV, wall heater and built-in cupboards. There is a family bathroom in the main hallway with shower, WC and sink. The modern and spacious lounge is very bright and offers comfortable seating for over four guests along with a fibre optic, high speed Wifi internet connection and international TV channels including Sky. The property has a modern open kitchen with all the appliances you may need for your holiday. Parking is possible in the communal parking area and operates on a first come, first served basis however finding a space isn't normally a problem. Two swimming pools are available in the community only available during peak season (please enquire). You can also park nearby for free and the property would suit families, golfers and retirees in particular.

Payment and Booking Terms
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
